Sekolah Arunika Waldorf is run by a team of qualified class teachers that are equal, where  decisions are made through consensus. This team is called Lingkar Guru (circle of teachers), and they are fully responsible for and to the children.

This circle or college of teachers manages and decides many issues regarding the school, that the decision may be passed through to the staffs, trustees of yayasan, and to the school community  to implement those decisions.

Other part of the structure are: subject teachers, administration staffs, financial staffs, and field staffs such as security, and maintainance.
